- Opera 8 delivers secure browsing to Macintosh. Hurrah! Opera 8 now available for the Mac. Cross platform support is good.

Thanks to the new MSN Toolbar, IE users can finally get to know the wonderful experience of browsing using tabs.
It's a shame that the only innovation for IE comes via hacks, toolbars and third party scripts. I'd suggest IE users should experience tabbed browsing by installing Opera or Firefox :) They'll get less spyware and popups, too... - Nokia - Nokia develops a new browser for Series 60 by using open source software. I imagine that Opera would be pissed off, since they've already got a browser for the Series 60. You'd wonder why Nokia would go to the trouble of reinventing the wheel. Maybe they've got something else to gain by getting together with Apple?
